OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

MUST BE LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS/Part time position

The Body Connection is a convention & event services business has immediate need for high functioning person to assist with office administration, social media and event assistant. The Body Connection provides onsite spa services, oxygen bar and chair massage for events and conventions. Candidate must be located in Las Vegas.

A sharp, happy, calm, detail-oriented person with high standards is needed to assist with office administration, daily social media postings and miscellaneous needs. The best candidate is an individual that is assertive, enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

This position can be mostly performed remotely, however there will be some onsite duties needed. Must have a computer, car, and a cell phone.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media on a daily basis using photographs from recent events
• Responding to inquiries for events - emailing proposals (will train)
• Document progress of inquiries
• Client phone interaction
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Update database
• Occasional on-site visits to events

COMPENSATION:

• $15 an hour to start
• plus commission on all NEW events booked that you initiate.
• Bonuses or commission on conventions

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Self-determined schedule

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Computer and Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
