Job description
Alder & Tweed is an Interior Design Firm in Big Sky, MT that is looking for a new member of our team who is ready to learn and grow with us!
Duties included but not limited to:
- Oversee general office tasks ( e.g. mail, answering phones, filing, etc)
- Manage / Schedule showroom and meeting areas
- Maintain office, supplies, and warehouse inventory
- Maintain design resource libraries
- Coordinate/ Manage design interns hours and duties
- Assist with setting up and maintaining vendor accounts
- Assist design team with procurement of household items, receiving, and installation
Requirements:
- Full time
- Personal vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self Starter
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- 1-2 years of office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
