REHAU Automotive LLC is seeking a OEX Project Assistant to be located at our Cullman, AL facility.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and consolidating project progress and supporting the project as well.- Interface between Project Management, Sub Project Leads / Sub Leads and also Supporting Units as well e.g. from Headquater
- Communication and Coordination of Best Practice and CIP-Measures
- Follow up and document actionplans
- Steering and consulting regarding to standard documents
- Creating / Support for Management presentations
- Checking of effectiveness of measures and activities
- Monitoring deadlines, Identifiy and communicate gaps of financial targets, measure- and actionplan status
- Initiate coordinating and tracking of countermeasures
- Support at internal Audits, record Audit results and countermeasures
- Tracking and supporting workflows in idea management system.
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements:
Prefer an associate degree- Must have good data entry skills
