Evergreen Retirement Community is pleased to announce that we are transitioning to in-house therapy services. As part of this transition we are currently seeking a Occupational Therapist to help us provide therapy services to our residents.
Evergreen is a Christian, non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs.
- Three styles of independent living accommodations
- Two levels of assisted living plus memory care
- Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care
- Long-term skilled nursing
- Evergreen At Home personal care and homemaker services
We are home to over 350 residents, and also a destination for families, community members, volunteers, non-profit groups and other visitors.
This position will be part time about 20 hours a week. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and 1-2 on-call weekends a month. The hours for this position can be flexible.
As a Occupational Therapist at Evergreen, you will:
- Assess, plan, organize and administer rehab programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
- Complete evaluations and discharges for the Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health
- Supervise two physical therapy assistants

- is flexible and adaptable
Candidate must have:
- Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License
