Now hiring Occupational Therapists for Franklin County, Jefferson County, St. Louis County and/or St. Charles County.
We are a post acute care company that offers in-home visits to patients recently discharged from hospital/rehab facilities. Home visits include but are not limited to assessments, teaching techniques and exercises, documenting measurement results and progress towards set goals, and initiating home exercise plans.
