Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess, monitor, and manage residents to ensure their well-being, safety, and health
- Provide help with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Assist residents with tasks of daily living
- Record patient vital signs such as accurate blood pressure checks
- Help residents maintain health by encouraging participation in activities and exercise
- Make beds, serve meals, and keep rooms clean
- Maintain medical equipment and assist with certain medical procedures
- Answer requests for help and observe variations in patient’s behavior or condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA certification
- Demonstrated experience with specialized materials
- CPR Certification preferred
- Ability remain calm under stressful situations
- High level of personal effectiveness and credibility
- Teamwork oriented
