NEW HOME CONSULTANT BENEFITS: Think about this - After training is completed, we offer a 4-DAY/36 HOUR FLEXIBLE WORK WEEK, as well as a very competitive base rate and commission earnings. Sundays will be a dedicated day off and you will receive an additional 2 days off during the week. As a New Home Consultant, you will have:
- Proven success and experience in high volume sales with a strong desire to win
- The ability to engage and build rapport with customer
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work an evening and every Saturday with additional days off during the week
