Nékter Juice Bar is immediately seeking experienced shift leaders & entry level shift managers with full availability. (Hours will typically fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm.) Full paid hands-on training will be provided!

Job Type: Part-time with extremely flexible hours

Pay: Hourly + Tips + 401k option ($16.00 - $20.00 per hour average with tips)

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• A minimum of 3-6 months experience in a shift lead, supervisor, or management position or role
• Availability to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 7:30pm
• Availability to work on your feet and lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Ability to take direction & work hard in a fun, fast-paced, and team environment
• Strong customer service, people, and communication skills ARE REQUIRED!

Shift Leader/Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing store operations when the manager is absent
• Preparing the store for open and/or close
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Manage and handle last-minute absences
• Train and coach new employees
• Consistently provide an exceptional customer service experience by adhering to the Nekter Juice Bar standard
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
• Consistently serve all Nékter Juice Bar products to specification in a timely manner as required by the company
• Proficiently work the cash register, handle cash, and credit card transactions
• Ability to clean and maintain store work areas, equipment, and customer access areas
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Stock and prep all supplies throughout the store on an ongoing basis
• Ability to learn, take direction from your manager, AND grow with the company

Job Summary:

A typical day at Nékter includes offering the ultimate guest experience while creating and serving our amazing and superior juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. Duties include preparing Nékter menu items, prepping fresh fruits and vegetables, managing product freshness, improving facility cleanliness, and ensuring that every customer gets a chance to #livethenekterlife.

• Ability to take direction from upper management
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene in the food production environment
• Extended periods of standing (4+ hours)
• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 30 pounds
