- Base salary of $75k-$100k+, DOE

What you’ll need –
Redland is seeking full-time Civil Engineers with 2-6 years of experience. Candidates should have a personable and friendly attitude, be proactive, have excellent project delivery skills, and enjoy interacting, supporting, and serving clients and other team members. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Earned or working toward a P.E. License in the State of Colorado
- Land development engineering experience and skills; large and small-scale grading, drainage and utility design; roadway design
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills which enable effective and professional interaction
- Experience researching zoning, development standards, development review processes, compliance matters, regulations, and standards
- Ability to write reports, prepare narratives, prepare development applications, prepare submittal documents, and response letters
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate on multiple projects
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other associates
- Responsible for quality control review
- Be comfortable attending client meetings
- Accomplished at AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, MS Excel
