• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, communication, marketing, or another related field.
• One to three years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Existing skills in video production and editing; additional skills in video animation and motion graphics a plus.
• Working knowledge of the following: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (or equivalent) a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and critically, balance diverse tasks, and manage projects from multiple entities.
• ZTA or other fraternity/sorority membership is preferred.

• Design engaging graphics for social media, print materials and animated videos.
• Contribute to ZTA’s visual brand and maintain brand standards.
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction.
• Assist team in developing and executing communication plans.
• Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts.
• Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video, photo and graphics files.
• Potential for travel on an as-needed basis to attend ZTA events (like Convention) or visit chapters to gather video footage.
• Additional opportunities to take on responsibility based on the experience/skills of the applicant.
