Multi-site Maintenance Professional / Facilities Technician - Educational Playcare
Job description
Pay Range: $65k - $75k per year
Job Type: Full-Time

What will you be doing?
- Light construction and/or maintenance to include, but not limited to: construction, carpentry, plumbing (most common), electrical, painting, flooring, playground maintenance, roofing
- Small appliance troubleshooting and repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
- Grounds keeping and landscape design (outside vendor scope)
- Pest control
- Information and technology (IT) maintenance and troubleshooting to include, but not limited to: phones, cameras, access control, server systems, computers, tablets, Wi-Fi, printers, alarm systems
- Work order management system for internal requests
- Manage 3rd party work tickets from validation to completion
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance
- Monitor contractual obligations
- Support multiple centers through Audits, Regulatory Visits, Initiatives, Compliance violations, Fleet Compliance, etc.
- Resource management through cost and time benefit analysis
- Source, purchase supplies, and maintain the Brand of our centers

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
- Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities
- Budget-minded and customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willingness to increase knowledge in the field and stay up to date on new processes and systems
- Flexibility in schedule to occasionally complete tasks outside of normal business hours
