- maintain a strong understanding of current mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements as they apply to the Encompass LOS
- develop a working knowledge of all end-user functional roles and responsibilities as they relate to LOS usage
- coordinate, configure and customize the LOS application through settings, input form builder, business rules, etc…
- analyze LOS vendor documentation and technical specifications of any new releases for deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality
- assure that LOS vendor updates/releases are installed and tested appropriately
- collaborate with Business, Platform & Technology counterparts, building strong relationships, supporting the creation of business requirements, and developing custom application features
- be part of a high performing team and drive successful implementation of programs including the documentation of business requirements

You will be joining the CDIO organization within UBS Wealth Management Americas based in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused, best-in-class customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise
You have:
You are:
- a university degree (or equivalent role related experience)
- ideally 3 years of Encompass Admin Experience
- experience building and enhancing mortgage technology from end to end
- strong skills in managing LOS application components
- a working knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines/regulations
- an understanding of current industry best practices
You are:
- a product and platform evangelist with an unwavering focus on putting users first
- a natural leader with an ability to work with diverse teams
- a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
- a confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented
- able to grasp business concepts easily and evaluate technology capabilities to execute key deliverables
