Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Metal Fabricators for commercial projects in the Nashville, TN area. The pay range of a Welder is up to $25 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Welder applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for Welding up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides company paid health insurance and weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

Ultimate Welder Requirements

• 18+ years or older

• Valid welding certificates or license

• 2 years welding experience

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds if necessary

• Ability to operate proper hand and power tools

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

• Quality Craftsmanship

• Arrive on time with a great attitude everyday

Ultimate Welder Job Responsibilities

• Weld small and large components such as plumbing, beams, and pipelines

• Asses welded surfaces, structures, and components for errors

• Maintain and repair machinery or equipment

• Follow and enforce OSHA regulations
