We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist with a passion for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to join our team of diverse, mission driven team.

FSR is a state certified DBT provider and adheres strictly to the MN Department of Human Service DBT protocol.

Our ideal candidate has a background or strong interest in providing comprehensive DBT, has completed or must be willing to complete a 40 hour-intensive DBT Training and has a desire to have their caseload primarily serving DBT programming. They must be confident working with adults, adolescents, and in group facilitation. The ideal candidate is also trauma-informed and/or has training in trauma treatment.

Our opportunity requires that you must have a master's degree and eligible to pursue independent licensure or possess a valid clinical license in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP). As a part of our benefit package, clinical trainees working towards independent licensure are provided with licensure supervision, regular case consultation, and team support. For DBT providers initial and ongoing training is provided.
