We are experienced in growing our studios into Top 10 studios and crushing goals. We are currently building our teams at Pure Barre and are seeking energetic Membership Sales Associates to join our Pure Barre Palm Beach Garden family!

Job Description:

• Generating at least 50% of the lead generation for the studio which includes Grassroots Marketing, Business to Business, Social Media, and Community Involvement
• Generating 50% or more of the overall membership sales for the studio, assuring all sales goals are met - this includes sales in person, over the phone, and through emails

• Follow our well-developed sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory classes while learning about their goals and connecting on a deeper level
• Become proficient in the Club Ready operating system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Collect out-standing dues
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail SALES or fitness SALES experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and meeting sales goals
• Must have weekend availability
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; in person, over the phone, and through emails
• Ability to resolve customer complaints with a positive mental attitude
• Must be solution-based and result-oriented, with a competitive spirit
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• An affinity and passion for fitness are desired
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• We have Full- and Part-Time positions; candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
