Description:

The member services reps are required to answer 30-40 calls per day from members and will be checking statuses on their authorizations, calling primary doctors and specialist for follow up on members, Helping with denial letters or explaining them to the member, or dealing with Irate patients. Will be handling a wide arrange of problems and issues coming from various departments. Member Services is the first point of communication for the medical group and is held to metrics.
