Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping new people? Carbon Health is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to provide a great experience for all patients who visit our Carbon Health clinic. You'll check patients in, help them navigate our Carbon Health app, and answer any questions they may have following their visit. Location: 2915 184th St SW #5, Lynnwood, WA 98037
Schedule: Full-Time 30+hrs w/ alternating weekends
What You'll Do
- Be the first and last interaction with our patients; registering and collecting information and recording accurately
- Introduce the Carbon app to patients
- Verify insurance and collect copayments
- Administrative work such as writing referrals and preparing lab paperwork
- Work collaboratively on projects with clinical leadership to enhance the patient experience
- Administrative work such as preparing lab paperwork and assisting with charts
About You
- Receptionist/Administrative/Front desk experience
- Comfortable using Apple products, including iPads and Mac desktops
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Great communication skills
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexible and able to work overtime as needed
- Prior healthcare or insurance experience is great, but if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we are willing to teach you!
Compensation offers are determined by a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
