We are a confidential healthcare company currently looking for a Billing Supervisor.
Job Summary: The Billing Supervisor assumes the responsibility of coordination of billing functions in accordance with state, federal and local regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- College degree Preferred
- One year healthcare billing experience required
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid required
Skills: Working knowledge of office machines, computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skill. Knowledge of billing requirements. Light typing preferred.
Essential Functions: Evaluate,recommend, implement, and direct the agency’s billing policies and procedures. Develop, maintain, and implement the staff in-services in billing and reimbursements. Consults and communicates with all members of the agency’s billing department on a regular basis to coordinate and address appropriate quality program related issues. Ensures all documents are in order and submitted timely according to payer source requirements. Serves as liaison to the administrative staff. Provides billing and staffing feedback as needed. Establishes, monitors, and evaluates productivity standards by conducting audits for completion of all appropriate billing documentation on a regular basis. Issues deficiency memos to department staff. Assists in marketing the agency’s services whenever the opportunity arises. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, staff in-service and workshops. Ensures confidentiality of all transactions related to financial structure of the agency. Always maintains high standard of compliance in ethical and federal regulation. Performs other functions as assigned by Administrator.
This is a full time position with benefits. EOE.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
