The Medical Biller is responsible for ensuring that revenue realized is maximized for the agency through efficient and timely processing of third party claims. The Biller engages in reporting and reconciling of lab payments, working with patients to develop payment options and interfacing with insurance companies. In this role our biller will engage in:

• Claim Submission (Primary Care and Behavioral Health)
• Payer Maintenance
• Denial Response
• Insurance refunds and overpayments.
• Medicare/ Medicaid and advantage plans billing.
• Customer service PLUS!
