Our floor M.A. is a position in which you will work with providers to room and document patient visits. This opportunity is full time, 4 days per week with the opportunity to work more hours if desired. You will not have to work weekends, evenings, or holidays. Ob/Gyn experience is preferred although we would love to train the ideal candidate to compliment our team.

As one of our team members you will be responsible for rooming patients and preparing them for the providers to see. You will also assist in performing procedures. As a team member you may need to assist in other areas including the walk in schedule and contacting patients for a variety of reasons. You will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary environment for our patients and maintaining a cleaning schedule as assigned. Other miscellaneous tasks may need to be managed as a part of this position as well.

This position will require you to be able to process information quickly, efficiently, and correctly within the electronic health record. You will need to be able to be on your feet throughout your day as you will do a lot of walking. This position also requires the ability to be flexible on a daily basis. Having a team mentality will also be key to success in this position as supporting your team members is very important. Ob/Gyn Associates will pay fees related to maintaining your certification or registration membership, reimburse for CPR training, and provide scrubs following 90 day probationary period. Pick up a shift and receive a bonus.

Our phone triage position is full time, 4 days per week, with the opportunity to work more hours if desired. We would consider part time applicants if that would better suit your lifestyle as well. There are no night or weekend shifts, and we offer paid holidays. Ob/Gyn Associates will pay fees related to maintaining your certification or registration membership, reimburse for CPR training, and provide scrubs following 90 day probationary period. Ob/Gyn and telephone triage experience are preferred although we would love to train the ideal candidate to compliment our team.

As one of our team members you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls, refilling medications, scheduling appointments, and informing patients about test results and various other details as directed by providers. Other tasks may be assigned as a part of this position as well.

Excellent telephone and patient care skills are key to your success in this role. This position has no direct patient care, requires excellent detailed documentation abilities through keyboard entry, and long periods of sitting.
