POSITION SUMMARY: Hardworking production assembler who works well with the team and will be able to be productive on his own with minimal supervision. This person assembles and repairs mechanical and electronic assemblies, conducts tests and performs troubleshooting as required.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Have a valid driver’s license and access to your own transportation.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Work in a clean and organized fashion
  • Working from written job procedures and following verbal instructions
  • Be in good physical condition (some lifting involved)
  • Possess basic computer skills / able to use Microsoft office products
  • Minimum of three years of experience in related fields
  • Good with hand tools
  • Wiring and soldering is a plus, but not required

Job Description
  • Work from interrelated written instructions including; wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, BOMs, engineering specifications and sketches.
  • Complete wiring and assembly operation on chassis, panels and assemblies to complete prototypes and production units.
  • Performs delicate adjustments of interrelated parts.
  • Test sub-assemblies and final assemblies to established specifications.
  • Troubleshoot to identify root cause of failures.
  • Assist engineering in analyzing and testing components and assemblies.
  • Complete assigned paperwork in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct work to satisfy high quality standards.
  • Adhere to established safety procedures.

The job is generally 40 hours a week, first shift with some flexibility, Monday through Friday with overtime “as needed”. Overtime is sometimes mandatory and can be weekends or after hours.
