Material Handler

Paterson Paper, a leading manufacturer of quality restaurant paper products, is looking to add to our Manufacturing Team! Our Manufacturing Team is the heart of our operations and you’ll make a major contribution by making and packaging products shipped to our growing list of customers. How you’ll fit in:

Meeting our production metrics is vital to our business! While on the job, you’ll l be asked to:

• Assists Machine Operators in finishing packaging and palletizing finished product.
• Moves pallets and individual boxes of finished product throughout our facility.
• Ensures areas around machines and walkways are kept clear of obstructions and are safe.
• Assist in labeling boxes.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Work and communicate well as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

To do this job effectively, you’ll need to:

• Work safely – previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Be punctual – Attendance is paramount to meeting our output goals
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Have strong English or Spanish communication skills; Bilingual is a plus!

• Hourly starting wage: $18.25 - 20.08 based on shift. All shifts open.
