Job description

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist sales team with account support
• Work cross-functionally with sales and design team to create and implement campaigns and projects
• Submit and process project proposals, orders, and costing
• Research various vendors for optimal project order coordination
• Provide support for Sales Team by acting as a point of contact when they are not available; answering and responding to any client or vendor product or project inquiries
• Prepare and send media kits to new and existing clientele, conducting necessary follow up and educating on company's products and services and fulfilling media orders
• Assist in lead list and conduct calls to existing and prospective clients under directives of Sales Team
• Collaborate, schedule and manage social media content, for the Company and Clients
• Assist with any office needs, including filing, keeping the office tidy, and answering the phones when needed
• Less than 5% travel to meet with clients, pick up and drop off deliverables to clients, and supervise installation when needed

* The office has dogs all the time, must be comfortable in that type of environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
