As our digital account onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive initial first impression as clients start their journey in working with JobNimbus. The bottom line function for this position is to establish great rapport with our clients and put them at ease during the first 30 days of getting started. You will be responsible for making sure all assets and accesses are obtained from the client promptly and keeping clients informed and updated through the initial ads and website launch process timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process of new accounts for first 4-6 weeks until final website is launched
  • Ensure and oversee timely communication and adherence to deadlines for onboarding calls, obtaining client assets and web access, launch of advertising campaigns, and final website launch
  • Initial rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication to ease transition to their specific client success manager after onboarding
  • Solve technical and strategic problems encountered in onboarding process by working directly with client

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Digital Marketing & Web Knowledge - key understanding in how the web development process works and knows their way around advertising platform managers like Google Ads and Facebook ads
  • High attention to detail
  • Great people skills. Comfortable conducting business conversations via phone and web meetings on a daily basis
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
  • Strong project management skills overseeing timelines and deadlines
  • Effective time management and personal accountability
  • Eager to learn

Communication

  • Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated concepts
  • Outstanding written communication and verbal skills
  • Understanding and ability to strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditional forms of media

Technical Skills

  • Experienced in navigation of major internet advertising interfaces including, but not limited to Google, and Facebook
  • Understanding of Wordpress, Website Technical knowledge preferred
  • Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years client service/account management experience in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems
  • Clickup or Project management software experience
