Description:

Semper Fi is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Marketing Event Coordinator to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position. The Marketing Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Marketing Department. Under supervision of the Marketing Director and Leadership team of the company, you will work hand and hand to ensure that Semper Fi Heating and Cooling becomes the #1 HVAC Company in Arizona.

In this role you will have the ability to grow our company in the West Arizona Valley by establishing partnerships with different event vendors, chamber of commerce and other organizations. We are looking for an outgoing, self-starter, motivated individual to help us grow and become the preferred HVAC company for all Arizona residents. Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, chamber of commerce, home shows etc.
• Be able to communicate in a professional manner to gather information from potential customers
• Keep a budget for event sponsorships and vendor shows
• Contact different vendor shows in the West & East Valley (Peoria, Sun City, Glendale, Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Laveen, Surprise, Goodyear, Anthem etc.) to allow Semper Fi Heating & Cooling to participate
• Planning event details and all aspects of the events
• Managing Events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
• Help with outreach of our lead generation platform, sometimes make calls and send text messages to leads

Requirements and skills

• 2+ Years of event coordinating and marketing
• HVAC knowledge is a PLUS!
• Experience in planning, budgeting and executing events
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Able to sit/stand for long hours
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Able to work weekends and evenings
• Comfortable working in an HVAC environment, fast paced and constantly changing
