Pay rate is is $23.00 to $25.00. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm.

As a Manufacturing Clerk you will:
- Provide ongoing support for the Maintenance department's Inventory, Scheduling, and Calibration Programs.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to support Maintenance and Janitorial supplies.
- Process orders for necessary materials.
- Verify that plant inventory balances are equal and corrects imbalances.
- Monitor inventory movements and identifies causes of discrepancies.
- Perform a physical count of inventory when necessary.
- Issue preventive maintenance work orders with task list for all scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Issue unscheduled maintenance work orders through the Maintenance scheduling process.
- Verification of parts needed and staged for planned and scheduled work.
- Responsible for inputting and closing all Work Orders in SAP.
- Manage Calibration Program and Software according to QCP-142 and participates in the plants internal and external audits
- Participates in continuous improvement Projects.
- Responsible for plant communications for any Maintenance and or Facility related activities.
- Performs other support duties as determined by supervision and/or management.
- Utilizes SAP system to generate Purchase Requisitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or any related field - will consider Collège graduates looking to build a career within the manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong data entry skills
- SAP experience preferred, not required
