Are you an innovative person looking to work for an innovative company? Our client is a dynamic and cutting-edge company in the fabric structure industry, located in Fairfield, VA 24435. The pay will start at $14.00/hour. Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5:00PM. The positions are Temp-to-Hire, but they all have the opportunity to become Full Time before 90 days!
Willing to train, including abilities to:
- Identify and integrate shelter parts to finished product
- Obtain forklift certification (if needed)
- Set up any shelter for demo or external training
High Frequency Fabric Welder:
- Operate RF, Hot Wedge, and Hot Air welding equipment
Hardware Associate:
- Identify and integrate hardware to finished product
- Lift 40 lbs. of fabric to waist high and use hand tool repetitively to punch and seat grommets/rivets into shelter parts
CNC Cutter:
- Operate CNC cutter machine equipment
- Ability to comprehend written instructions and follow markers and drawings
Integration:
- Put pieces (main body, floor, and liner) together and inspect for tears, rips and ensure quality standards are met before it is shipped
- Crate product and coordinate with shipping
Must be willing to:
- Work without supervision
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Speak, read, and understand English
