Your New Role…

At Warner Bros., we strive to delight our fans with characters and properties that fans know and love. This role will support our Wizarding World business in an exciting and innovative new product coming to market.

The Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for managing the activities required to get product to market from placing orders with the manufacturer all the way through delivery to our 3PL and partners. This role will be involved in the details of manufacturing, order management, inventory control as well as distribution and transportation. The role’s scope will range from manual data entry to performing analyses and working through process improvement initiatives. Because this is a new business venture, the ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity while helping to further refine our processes to improve our scalability and automation.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Operational Responsibilities / Manual Data Entry

  • Create POs to manufacturer and work on product availability to coordinate shipment schedules

  • Manage all aspects of Distribution and Transportation by overseeing daily execution of the pick/pack/ship processes and freight movement.

  • Manually perform various processes such as dropping orders to 3PL warehouse, etc.

  • Track/ensure all products are facilitated and delivered on time.

  • Manually maintain inventory counts between 3PL and SAP to ensure accurate inventory reporting

  • Troubleshoot and elevate concerns or issues to supervisor.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration / Process Improvement

  • Establish direct relationships with internal teams and external vendors/partners to maintain proactive planning and service reporting with all parties.

  • Oversee daily order management, pick/pack priorities, expedited freight approvals, or issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors/partners. Manage according to KPIs/SLAs with the vendor.

  • Occasionally review existing processes and participate in process improvement activities with other teams and supervisor

  • Help management to work with 3PL and transportation partners to integrate systems for automation and data integration opportunities

Reporting / Analysis

  • Audit product costs and master data to ensure accurate product information assigned in SAP

  • Audit inventory levels for 3PL as needed

  • Review customer service data and perform root cause analysis

  • Set priorities and monitor aging orders. Review and validate monthly invoices

  • Validate and process 3PL invoices

  • Provide analyses and reporting that supports internal objectives and helps meet customer and business expectations.

  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting for management

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience including MRP, replenishment and logistical planning

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is entered/retained in our systems

  • Ability to review and analyze data to present issues and trends

  • Heavy familiarity with Excel or other tools for manipulating data for reporting and analyses

  • Some familiarity with SAP a plus

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring out ways to improve processes

  • Collaborate well with other teams and establish and track against deadlines

  • Ability to anticipate issues and flag to upper management as needed

This position is required to work a hybrid in-person schedule at our Burbank, US office. Warner Bros. In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
