As a leader of the Washington Companies shared service facilities team, the Manager of Real Estate Assets is responsible for planning, communication, facilitation, oversight, and coordination of the preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements, renovation, new construction, security and presentation of all buildings, grounds, and real estate. This position manages assigned staff engaged in building and/or equipment maintenance. This role is also responsible for the tenant management for Gateway Limited Partnership which includes contract management of leases and amendments, primary contact for tenants, and oversight of lease buildouts, showing space, etc. Properties consist of approximately one million square feet of commercial warehouse, retail and office use in Missoula, MT as well as bare land in the surrounding area.
