Crumbl Cookies Christiana is opening June 2023! We are looking for hardworking and highly motivated managers to lead our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and coordinate our team
• Master every work station
• Help with ordering, scheduling, organization and cleanliness
• Direct and provide instruction to other team members
• Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast paced environment
• Operate kitchen equipment
• Have a positive attitude and work well with a team

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Be able to manage a team in a fun and uplifting environment
• Be able to problem solve
• Stay composed in a fast paced environment
• Be on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items throughout the shift
• At least 18 years old

Schedule:

• Store Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday- Saturday 8am-Midnight
• Shifts available as early as 6am and closing shifts can be scheduled up to one hour past closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
