Experienced Maintenance Technician Required for a growing Property Management
Company

If you have experience working in property maintenance or home construction, a great attitude, exceptionally organized and customer service oriented we want to talk to you.

Red Door Property Management specializes in single-family residential rentals, condos, townhomes, and multi-family units in the Indianapolis area. RDPM services the metro Indy area including Brownsburg, Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Indianapolis, Noblesville, Plainfield, Pittsboro,
Westfield, and Zionsville.

We are extremely passionate about real estate and providing the best customer service around. We treat every property like it is our own. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday preserving the good condition and functionality of premises.

A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Salary will be commensurate for experience.

Maintenance Technician

Position Requirements (inclusive of but not necessarily limited to the following)

• Timely and effective execution of assigned work orders.
• Ensuring Maintenance Coordinator is kept informed with progress on assigned work orders.
• Assisting with the preparation of SOW and/or cost estimates for assigned jobs.
• Meeting with outside vendors to assist the MC with the coordination of work order requirements and/or assessing their work.
• Ensuring all administration duties are executed daily.
• Maintaining assigned company vehicle and tools.
• Conducting themselves in all situations when representing Red Door with professionalism and respect.

Required Experience

• Experience in property maintenance or home construction.
• Must have good customer service and people skills
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize
• Sense of urgency when completing task
• Must be detailed oriented & very organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
