Maintenance Person
Job description
The City of Bothell is looking for several hardworking people to fill a couple of seasonal positions in our Public Works Streets, Storm, and Water/Sewer divisions. The work may include:
- mowing and weeding of right of ways or storm system drainage ditches and ponds
- cleaning and maintaining underground utility structures
- assisting in street maintenance, replacement, and/or repairs
No experience is required, but the successful candidate will be hardworking, a great team players, have a customer service and safety minded attitude, the ability to perform work in varying locations outside in all weather while working with a diverse population, and a desire to seek knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow. This seasonal (temporary) position is authorized for no more than 800 hours.
The salary listed is the range used for returning seasonal employees. First time seasonal employees, with the City of Bothell, will start at $24.47 an hour.
