Job description
We are seeking a caring and energetic Weekend/PRN LPN for our beautiful assisted living community. This individual will assist the Assisted Living DON by ensuring quality care of residents by providing nursing care, creating care plans, assessing resident needs, communicating with physicians, family members and residents, supervising care staff when needed, rotating on-call schedule. 1+ year(s) experience preferred.
The ability to guide, develop and support care staff in going above and beyond is essential.
