Where do you make the difference?
You are an experienced and results-driven Logistics Solutions Manager who will be managing our Logistics Solution Specialists team.
As a critical member of our team, the Head of Logistics solutions support drives project management and collaboration across functional teams, and ensures that our logistics solutions are delivered with maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You definitely have the ability to work in cross-functional teams and be able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders. You are an inspiring team player who can motivate others.
You will mainly:
- Manage and develop a team of Logistics Solution Specialists to ensure efficient and effective logistics solutions for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and processes for logistics operations
- Drive projects related to logistics solutions and continuously monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Foster an AGILE environment and manage teams in applying AGILE principles to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and productivity while minimizing costs.
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of growth and development.
- Develop and implement Logistics Solutions training materials and execute classes, both internally and externally.

- Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analysis,
- Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication,
- Organization, leadership, group presentations and AGILE methodology

- Use of personal computer, including skills in the following software programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, power BI and SAP
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (Extensive industry experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree requirements in exceptional circumstances)
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing logistics solutions and technical support teams, ideally in the construction equipment industry or order management and customer service-related positions outside of the industry preferred
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience with SAP and AGILE methodology and principles preferred
- Experience with supply chain management and inventory control systems preferred
