Overview
First Rate Lending is seeking experienced and novice loan originators looking to gain more freedom and flexibility in their mortgage originating lifestyle. As a direct lender we offer a variety of programs including conventional, jumbo and VA with all of the big investors you’re already familiar with. We also have a plethora of unique programs available though our broker channel including programs like: reverse mortgages, commercial, construction, Private money, DSCR and many others. We are constantly adding new and unique programs to stay one step ahead of our completion. As a direct lender we have the ability to send out our own disclosures faster than the competition allowing for faster closings more lender options and more control of your loans.
Compensation
As an originator with First Rate Lending you will be a 1099 independent contractor on fixed compensation. You will select your compensation to allow for the perfect balance of a low rate for your client and maximum revenue for the originator.
Atmosphere
As an originator with First Rate Lending you get to work on your own time, on your own schedule, at your own pace. We have no mandatory meetings, desk fees, conference calls, or lunch-ins. However, we pride ourselves on our support and availability. You are always welcome to reach out asking for help and support in all of your originating hurdles.

**This position requires a valid DRE broker or salesperson license as well as an active CA NMLS endorsement.
***DBO Licenses are not valid for this position, but can be transferred to the DRE.
