Load Coordinator
Universal Capacity Solutions is an operating subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., an industry-leading logistics and transportation company. Our company is looking to hire a Load Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Entering correct and thorough data for freight loads.
- Schedule appointments for brokers’ carriers via email, websites, and phones.
- Communicate with account executives, brokers, shippers and receivers.
Experience Needed:
- Strong organization and attention to details skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Possess strong personal relations skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced office.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
