Job Responsibilities
The Treatment Director shall have the responsibility for planning and coordinating the activities of the program, cooperating with other program components in striving to ensure quality of care, and for advising the administrator in matters dealing with management, funding, budget and personnel practices relating to the program.
The Treatment Director shall convene meetings, as needed for the staff members who provide services for the purpose of reviewing the program’s progress.
● Develops and monitors formal and informal relationships with outside resources that are related to the program.
● Function as a member of a treatment team.
● Attends the scheduled board meetings and presents a Treatment Director’s Report to the Agency Inc. governing board.
● Conducts group activities, individual counseling, and family counseling for clients assigned to him/her
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
