Now hiring 1 LIVE IN Part time personal/dog care assistant. Compensation is free private room w/ full bath plus monthly $1000 stipend all utilities paid. Can also pay some personal bills. This is a part time position. I'm a professional AKC show dog handler and I'm on the road three to five days out of the week almost every week of the year in a 40 ft motorhome. I own a seventeen hundred square ft house on two and a half securely fenced acres in Cedar Creek with a small kennel attached to the house. I need someone to take care of my house/property and personal dogs, maintain a clean house and kennel when I am gone and help me every week prepare to leave and unload when I return.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is a LIVE IN position for one person. You must be EXTREMELY trustworthy, honest, possess common sense and be detail oriented with a love for dogs. You must a have very high level of organization and time management skills. You must NOT be a smoker (zero cigs a day!), druggie. Must have prior animal care experience (personal or professional). Having owned a dog when you were a kid does not constitute experience with dogs. Prefer older female.

MUST BE FULLY VAXED

If you like a simple life and thrive at managing multiple projects this is for you! This position can be combined with another outside PART TIME job. Busy for a couple of days then very low work load for several. You get a small private bedroom, full bath, shared common areas with stereo and paid internet, utilities, use of a car and beautiful secure property for your one WELL BEHAVED spayed/neutered dog. I am gone much of the time. Work includes but is not limited to: Help in caring for six to 12 dogs of various sizes, loading, unloading, cleaning motorhome, house cleaning, laundry, running errands, shopping, cooking, interfacing with clients, managing contract labor, and yard work. You MUST have a cell phone.
