The Role:

Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group! You will be working in a super fun and overly positive working environment, located in Aksarben!! – we like to say, “We’re our own brand of weird.” Our Team is a very diverse group of people with high energy and personality. You will be working on our Live Support Team and handling customer interactions both online and over the phone/text – all in an effort to simplify and elevate the Customer experience. (Pay $16/Hour)

As part of our fun, energetic, and positive team, you will have daily tasks that include:

• Handle incoming chats and texts from online customers through a variety of media channels.
• Proactively reach out to customers regarding their recent experience with our dealerships.
• Work with dealership personnel to ensure customer requests are handled.

Schedule : Mon, Wed, Fri - 9 AM - 6 PM, Tues, Thurs - 8 AM - 5 PM, rotating Saturdays

Please note this position is not remote.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
