Boutique law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Secretary with at least 5+ years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation or Insurance Defense.This position will support 4 attorneys and is responsible for e-filing with the courts, managing attorneys' calendars, drafting and formatting legal documents, court calendaring deadlines, and providing overall support to assigned attorneys.
TOP THREE THINGS:
(1) Strong court calendaring skills
(2) E-filing (mostly state, some federal)
(3) 5 to10 years of litigation experience
Firm offers 7.5-hour work days, paid parking, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid work schedules.
Targeted salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
