The brainchild of James Beard award-winning Chef John Currence, Big Bad Breakfast gives the proper respect to “the most important meal of the day”. At BBB we offer such staples as custom-crafted meats, scratch made biscuits, locally sourced and roasted coffee and some of the best cocktails you’ll find anywhere.

We’re looking for Line Cooks to work with an organized and energetic, people first team! Food service industry experience is a plus, sharing a passion for amazing Southern food and wowing every guest is a must!

Job Duties

- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.

- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.

- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.

- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.

- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.

- Stock inventory and supplies.

- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
