We are seeking a pat time/contract LIMHP to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate would apply his or her education, skills, experience, passion, and compassion to provide for the overall direction and coordination of ABA therapy for our clients in the setting of their choice. The LIMHP partners with the client / family unit to develop treatment plans, training, opportunities in the school, home, and community setting to advance the goals prioritized by the family and team. The LIMHP collaborates with the BCBA to plan, coordinate, and provide for services to exceed the expectations of the client /family unit, while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the Company. As a Licensed professional, you will participate in the supervision of BCBA’s to meet the regulatory requirements of the State of Nebraska.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform initial diagnostic interviews

• Oversee BCBA’s initial assessments with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.

Education:

• Master's in related field (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Active NE Licensure as an LIMHP
