What you will do:

• Coordination of all lighting quotations
• Use CRM for project specific entry, details and file document storage
• Compile weekly bi list for project meeting and Account Manager review
• Establish and maintain good working relations with all key lighting vendors
• Strategize with vendors, customers, and sales to ultimately control and win profitable jobs
• Produce quotes, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents in Job Management
• Support Construction Group sales team
• Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate error-free quotations, and timely follow-up
• Work with purchasing to ensure stock compatibility with agency project strength and support
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• Commitment to constant improvement, teamwork, and Doing Tasks Right The First Time (DIRTFT)
• Previous lighting quotation experience preferred
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
• Experience in Eclipse, Job Management, CRM, Smart Sheet, and Microsoft Suite
• Detail oriented, accurate, and proactive
• Adaptable, and able to work with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities and teambuilding spirit

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
• Frequent computer and phone use
• Full time 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
