Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Duties:
- Work collaboratively with the team to help meet positive client care outcomes
- Monitor the patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills for in-home clients and/or throughout contracted facilities; such as infusions and wound care
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in the state of Oregon
- 1 year of professional experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Clean background and criminal record
