Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Dietician or Nutritionist to join our team. Join us in our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing inclusive, high quality and compassionate care.
As a Sadler Health as a Licensed Dietician or Nutritionist, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients.
As our Licensed Dietician or Licensed Nutritionist, you will be supporting our patients with their health goals and dietary needs by assisting in developing plans that are customized to their health and personal needs in consultation with the patients' health care provider. As our Licensed Dietician or Licensed Nutritionist, you will also develop educational programs for both groups and individuals. While you may support a variety of patients with diverse medical needs your primary focus will be with supporting Medical Assistance recipients under 21 and Medicare adults with diabetes or renal disease.
Our Licensed Dietician or Nutritionist are expected to work Monday-Friday to support our team during clinic hours. Due to our reimbursement arrangements, you must currently hold an active license in Pennsylvania. This is a new role for our clinic and you will have the opportunity to help us develop and grow this service for our patients.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and generous time off. The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.
Sadler Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Carlisle, PA, Loysville, PA and soon Mechanicsburg, PA.
