Our practice is focused on understanding your goals in order to help you achieve them. We offer a program that meets and exceeds the requirements the AZ Board of Behavioral Health in terms of supervision, clinical hours, and training. Additionally, we offer DBT & CBT skills training in core mindfulness and meditation, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
