Makower Abbate Guerra Wegner Vollmer PLLC, a firm specializing in real estate, condominium and homeowner association law, is seeking someone to join our dedicated, collaborative and dynamic team.

Diverse responsibilities for the position include:

· Prepare statements of account and accurately reconcile ledgers

· Data entry with meticulous accuracy

· Communicate and follow up effectively with clients and debtors

· Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

· Monitor and maintain assigned accounts

· Draft letters and pleadings

· Perform other assigned tasks and duties

The position would be in-person at our Farmington Hills office location. We offer a thorough onboarding process and on the job training with some schedule flexibility upon initial completion of training. Salary to commensurate with experience.
