HYG is looking for an energetic Lease End/Remarketing Specialist who will have a positive influence on the Remarketing team. In this role you will manage the End of Lease process for assigned customers and/or dealers, effectively coordinate final lease inspections and negotiate with dealers/customers to gain agreement and collect end of lease repair and overtime charges due. In this role you will manage the timely pickup of off lease and buy back units from customers and dealers, load remarketing system with pictures and condition reports to allow for efficient sale of returned units and prepare bid forms and other required account specific paperwork for the return process. This position will work closely with the dealer network to ensure policies are being followed, review return condition data and make recommendations for continuous improvements. You will also communicate any product issues or service related issues to the Remarketing Manager.

The Lease End/Remarketing Specialist Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:

Collect required documentation and populate all lease systems with required data and pictures

Coordinate timely return of units from all joint venture lease returns and customer specific programs

Accurate data reporting in support of an efficient equipment liquidation process

Ensure customer satisfaction, retention of fleet accounts, and timely response to customer's expectations

Negotiate charges and repairs with dealers and customers.

Fast resolution to end of lease charges

Increased customer satisfaction

Achievement of department goals specifically equipment only realizations

Used equipment inventory disposed to achieve company profit and inventory targets

Manage dealer used and rental interaction

The Successful Lease End/Remarketing Specialist Must Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. Degree Preferred

3 years work experience with Bachelor’s Degree; 7 years industry experience without a degree

Computer Literacy: Understanding of and capability to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook plus capability to use internal systems and software acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of industry/leasing work experience required

Communication, negotiation, customer service skills required

Detailed understanding of lift truck systems and components required

Understanding of dealer service operations including service hours and flat rate required to repair required

Knowledge of leasing and internal policies and procedures for remarketing required
