Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to procure, negotiate, and manage both asset dispositions, and third-party tenant leasing. The incumbent should be extremely experienced and capable of understanding, managing, negotiating, documenting and analyzing the most complex leasing transactions and/or dispositions while providing guidance to Directors and VPs on real estate investment projects. The incumbent also has responsibility to be a key contact for the Brand real estate leadership teams up to and including developing and running monthly meetings for all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all external and internal processes and resources related to real estate disposition and leasing from procurement to execution of deal.
This will include, but is not limited to; managing brokers for proper merchandising of tenants proposed use, assessing and communicating to determine Brand approval and impact, running deal negotiation between broker and tenant/purchaser, create financial model of deal to illustrate efficacy, facilitate obtaining applicable construction budgeting per deal, navigate legal efficiencies from draft to execution, and confer with accounting for proper BOV’s, ROU’s and/or BV’s when /if necessary to support deal write-up.
Manage internal processes related to the formal approval of all real estate disposition projects consistent with the Company's strategic real estate and capital plans.
Track all deal flow to report real-time data to all stakeholders.
Travel (10-25%) to markets to tour properties, meet brokers on-site to ensure proper coverage of assets.
Travel and attend industry conventions for networking and deal making opportunities.
The incumbent directs the preparation of all business cases requiring Capex approval.
Oversee the development and management of the contractual, cost control and other administrative functions related to active and pending projects. This includes managing and understanding the budget impact for all disposition and mitigation projects for every brand in incumbents portfolio.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
10+ years applicable experience
Retail real estate acumen
Landlord Leasing experience
Commercial Real Estate Disposition experience
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, with intermediate XLS skill level
Managerial experience of third-party, consultant, non-direct reports
Attention to detail in record keeping, reporting structure, and communication of data
High-level Negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Broker’s License (current or past), ICSC Member (current or past)
