Position Summary:
Pavion and our family of companies (CTSI, AFA, Structure Works, Star Asset Security, et al) is seeking a Lead Technician with Low voltage and AV Experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate scope of work, project timeline, project design, and budget for multiple medium-large projects to field team and management.
• Accountable for the successful completion of projects to include timely results, quality of work, customer satisfaction and project closeout.
• Assemble, install, and oversee multiple medium-large low voltage systems.
• Coordinate with various company departments, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot complex systems, be able to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Coordinate with Senior Technicians and Project Managers to direct multiple teams of technicians to meet project requirements.

• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients, management, and peers

• Ensure materials are available, inventoried, and secure on job sites.
• Maintain professionalism and composure through high stress situations.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years’ experience working with low voltage systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and test equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical circuitry and network principles.
• Comprehend and understand technical drawings, programming, and installation manuals.
• Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel, Work and Outlook).
• Take directions to work to a difficult timeline in various work environments.
• Operate company machinery (scissor and boom lift).
• Experience working in healthcare environments (Nurse Call or other low voltage systems) a plus

• Experience leading multiple crews of two or more individuals with a proven track record.
